Heath brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in field operations and project execution. As Director of Field Operations at GAGE, he is responsible for managing client expectations, ensuring consistent quality control across all projects, and leading Superintendents in safety, scheduling, quality, and constructability.

To Heath, safety is everything. From start to finish, every detail on-site is closely monitored to ensure that each team member returns home safely at the end of the day. As a devoted family man, he understands the importance of protecting the well-being of those around him. What truly sets GAGE apart, in Heath’s view, is the company’s unwavering commitment to valuing people just as much as the projects themselves. Starting in construction at a young age, Heath has grown with the industry learning from experience what truly builds success.

Outside of his professional life, Heath resides in Pelham, New Hampshire, with his wife, Leanna, and their daughter, Mailyn. Deeply valuing quality time with his loved ones, Heath embraces every opportunity to make lasting memories together. A passionate music enthusiast, he enjoys the classics, exploring new music and even learning new instruments in his spare time. He also loves to travel and hopes to one day journey across the United States, discovering new places and experiences along the way- but for now, his favorite pastime is simply watching his daughter grow up.
