Jason brings over 25 years of construction leadership experience with a sharp focus on healthcare and life science environments. As Vice President, he leads strategic growth initiatives, and oversees project execution across GAGE’s core markets. Known for his direct, disciplined approach, Jason drives operational excellence through detail planning, clear communication, and strong team development.
Tim Lunt

Tim has over two decades of specialized experience leading healthcare, lab, and life science construction projects throughout the Greater Boston and Cambridge markets. As COO, Tim oversees operations, preconstruction, and resource planning across all active projects.
Jessica Rumore
Chief Financial Officer
Jessica Rumore serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GAGE Constructions, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and administrative operations. She is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring fiscal discipline while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives. Jessica also oversees Human Resources, where she helps shape organizational culture, support talent development, and implement policies that promote employee engagement and operational efficiency. She plays a key leadership role in aligning financial and administrative planning with GAGE’s strategic vision, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Heath brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in field operations and project execution. As Director of Field Operations at GAGE, he is responsible for managing client expectations, ensuring consistent quality control across all projects, and leading Superintendents in safety, scheduling, quality, and constructability.
