Chief Financial Officer

Jessica Rumore serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GAGE Constructions, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and administrative operations. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring fiscal discipline while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives. Jessica also oversees Human Resources, where she helps shape organizational culture, support talent development, and implement policies that promote employee engagement and operational efficiency. She plays a key leadership role in aligning financial and administrative planning with GAGE’s strategic vision, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

  Jessica brings a strong foundation in accounting and business leadership, with over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to joining GAGE in 2021, she held senior financial roles where she developed a strong track record of building high-performing teams and implementing systems that improved financial visibility and operational efficiency. She was drawn to GAGE's mission-driven work in healthcare and life sciences construction, where financial stewardship directly supports projects that improve communities and lives.

A native of Plymouth, New Hampshire, Jessica discovered early on that finance offers a unique vantage point into all areas of business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and an MBA from Northeastern University, equipping her with both the technical and strategic skills essential for modern financial leadership.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica is an engaged member of her community and a proud mother of three. She actively supports youth sports and contributes to local fundraising initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to community development and family values. Jessica resides in Newburyport with her husband, John, and their three sons—Mason, Weston, and Kellen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly at the beach, where she values the opportunity to unwind and connect with her family..
