Jason serves as Vice President at GAGE Construction, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees healthcare and life science construction projects across New England. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason brings a strong focus on operational excellence, client service, and team development. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and implementing efficient, forward-thinking processes that drive results.

Jason believes the best teams are built on mentorship, shared purpose, and a clear understanding of why we do what we do. He fosters a culture of learning and accountability, encouraging individuals to bring ideas forward, challenge norms, and take ownership of both wins and lessons learned.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and cooking. Few know he was once a competitive water skier.
