Project Description

GAGE Construction added 26 patient bedrooms by building a new fourth floor atop an active three-story facility. The team maintained full operations below while erecting a new steel frame, coordinating temporary AHUs and rerouted ductwork to ensure uninterrupted air service. Plumbing and utilities were extended from the third floor with no disruption to patient care.
