Project Description

GAGE Construction completed the build-out of the Lupoli Companies’ new corporate headquarters at 282 Merrimack Street. The project transformed a core-and-shell floor into a high-end office environment featuring executive offices, open workstations, conference and huddle rooms, reception and waiting areas, and a large kitchen and dining space. The fit-out incorporated custom millwork, upgraded MEP systems, new finishes throughout, and outdoor terrace access to create a modern and functional workplace. As a high-profile project, GAGE delivered on quality, detail, and schedule to ensure a successful outcome.
