GAGE completed a multi-phase renovation program to support USP 800 compliance across multiple pharmacy locations at Tufts Medical Center. The scope included renovation of the 8th floor to accommodate a new pharmacy, along with upgrades to existing pharmacy spaces on the basement and 3rd floors to meet enhanced regulatory requirements.

Work also included the installation of a new rooftop DX coil and ACCU unit to serve an existing air handler, improving environmental control and system performance. Construction was executed with strict cost containment measures and continuous use of negative air machines to maintain safety and infection control within occupied areas. The completed upgrades deliver compliant, high-performance pharmacy environments that support safe medication handling and uninterrupted hospital operations.
